Got questions?

1. What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with everyone who needs content. That includes individuals, B2B, SaaS and tech companies: marketing teams with content to produce and not enough senior resource to produce it, agencies who need a reliable writing partner and founders who want their content to reflect how they actually think. If you're not sure whether you fit, get in touch and we'll work it out in about five minutes.
2. Do you work on a project basis or a retainer?
Both. Some clients come to me with a single piece they need to get right. Others want ongoing support for a publishing programme or marketing or content campaign. Retainers tend to suit clients who want consistency and priority access. Projects suit those with a defined need and a clear brief. Either way, terms are agreed upfront.
3. How do I know if I need a writer, an editor, or something more strategic?
Honestly, most clients aren't sure when they first get in touch and that's fine. A short conversation usually makes it clear. If your content exists but isn't working, that's often an editorial or strategy problem. If you don't have enough content, that's a writing problem. If you're not sure what to publish or why, that's a strategy problem. I can help with all three.
4. Are you available right now?
Availability varies, but I keep capacity for new clients and reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. If my schedule is full, I'll tell you up front and give you a realistic timeline.
5. What does working with you actually look like day to day?
You deal with me directly, start to finish. There's no account manager relaying messages or junior writer delivering under my name. Most client relationships involve an initial briefing conversation, agreed deliverables, achievable deadlines and a clear feedback process. It's straightforward by design.
